The bell skirt/dress is made from a luscious soft organic cotton lycra blend. The bottom flares out to a gentle bell shape. The top features a tube waist band that can be rolled over to form a perfect knee length skirt or pulled up to make a sweet strapless dress. The waist band can also be used to make a high waist skirt as shown on the model. This versatile light-weight skirt is ideal for warm summer days!
